Full Description: A charming Mediterranean, recently built villa. Situated in an exclusive residential area 10 minutes from central Palma and 20 minutes from the airport. The villa is on two levels and it sleeps 7 people in 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large balcony with outstanding sea views. There is a spacious living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Outside, the house is surrounded by gardens and on the top level there is a swimming pool, large sunbathing area, covered terrace with built-in barbecue and dining area, all overlooking the sea. The villa has air-conditioning in living room and double bedrooms. There are several golf courses within 15 minutes drive.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is built on a 1000m2 plot on the top of the hill. The main entrance on the garage level leads to the hall level by a staircase. In that floor there are three separated areas: bedrooms, kitchen and living room. In the upper level there is a suite and a library. From the upper level and at the rear of the property is the pool and BBQ area accessed by a staircase on the very top of the plot. Amenities/Facilities provided - hob/stove,

Outside
The villa is surrounded by its own private gardens. There is a terrace at the front accessed from the lounge, with wooden table and chairs. From the suite, there is another terrace with table and chairs to comtemplate the stunning views over the sea. The pool area is on the very top of the villa, in a private environment. Coast/Beach
Puerto Portals is just a few minutes drive from Costa D'en Blanes. This luxury marina is the summer capital of Mallorca's jet-set. Celebrities, fashion icons and member's of the Spanish royal family all moor their yachts here in the privileged position on Palma Bay. The marina waterfront promenade has become a place to see and be seen. Classy restaurants, cafes and bars rub shoulders with one another. The closest beach is just a few minutes drive away - Cala Portals Nous. Golf
There are several golf courses within 15 minutes drive, including Royal Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, Golf de Andratx, Poniente and Son Vida. Travel
The villa is just about 20 minutes form the airport and 10 minutes from Palma ferry port. A hire car is recommended although not essential as taxis are cheap and easy. Distances

All prices are per week, normally from Saturday to Saturday, and for a maximum of 7 people. The minimal rental period is one week. The price includes bed linen, towels etc. for the first week. Additional maid and cleaning service may be arranged by prior request. A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure. A refundable security deposit of 1000 euros cash (or £700 cheque) will be taken as security against breakages upon arrival.
