A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in the Pueblo Panorama on Cumbre del Sol communal swimming pool.

Cumbre del Sol is located between the popular holiday towns of Moraira and Javea.

It nestles on the mountainside above the town of Benitachell and has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The area has the best climate in Europe and is ideal for visiting all year round.

This light and airy apartment is delightfully furnished and has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and two double sofa beds in the lounge so can sleep up to 8 people. The double bedroom and the lounge have impressive views to the sea. There is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and over-bath shower. The spacious open plan lounge and dining area both provide access onto a large terrace with the most spectacular views across the cliffs to the sea. With a South East facing aspect the terrace receives the sun from sunrise until late afternoon.

The kitchen is equipped with a frig/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Nearby are the communal swimming pools and a short drive will take you to the local restaurant, bar, a well-stocked supermarket, pharmacy, and bank with ATM facilities. The nearest beach is within a 5 minute drive.

There are many other attractions in the area including golf courses the Disney Style Terra Mitica Theme Park, waterworld Aqualandia and seaworld Mundomar in Benidorm (which is only 40 minutes away).
