Set in its own gated enclosure at Las Salinas with 24 hour on site security with 4 outside and 1 indoor pool, Sauna and fully equipped Gym this apartment is a great holiday destination for families or couples.

Situated 10 mins from Puerto Banus and 10 mins from Estepona this apartment has ample parking and is ideally placed right in the middle of an area known as the new golden mile.

Marble floors are fitted to the majority of this modern air conditioned apartment.

The large lounge and dining area are at the centre of the apartment and open onto a very large south-east facing balcony with view over the Mediterranean and Gibraltar in the distance. There is a large settee and easy chairs and a dining table with 6 chairs, a second dining table and sun loungers are to be found on the balcony. A large LCD TV, DVD and Sky receiver are to be found in the lounge (Sky free channels are available as standard).

The kitchen is to be found across the hall from the lounge and has all modern appliances, a large sink, cooker, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, plus kettle and microwave etc. Ample storage cupboards contain all of the crockery and cooking utensils.

A separate utility room is found at the end of the kitchen containing a washer dryer another sink and iron and ironing board. Tiled terracotta floor.

The master bedroom has a lovely large double bed and also has access to the large patio it has ample fitted wardrobe space and a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets and it's own en-suite bathroom which has his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi bath with shower and toilet and bidet. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds a fitted wardrobe and access to a second balcony (shared with bedroom 3). Bedroom 3 has a fitted wardrobe and 2 single beds.
